How to use BioMin® Toothpaste

1. After brushing the teeth for two minutes, swirl the foamy toothpaste around your mouth for 30 seconds and spit out the excess.
2. Don't rinse after brushing as this washes away the active ingredients in the toothpaste before they have had a chance to work.

Ingredients: Glycerin, Silica, PEG, ChloroCalciumPhosphoSilicate, Sodium Lauryl Sulphate,Titanium Dioxide, Flavouring, Carbopol, Potassium Acesulfame.
