Delivery & Returns

We offer free delivery on orders over £30. All other orders to the UK are sent by Royal Mail Track48 and charged at £3.50, including Northern Ireland, Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands and Isle of Man. We endeavour to process and despatch your order the same day, if received before 3pm. Orders will be delivered by Royal Mail within 48 hours but this may take a little longer depending on your location. All orders are tracked and recorded.

If you specify delivery instructions for your order to be left in a safe place then this is at the customer's own risk. Twice Daily cannot take any responsibility for parcels that are left and/or go missing as a result. Parcels are tracked, so if you encounter any problems please email info@twicedaily.co.uk so we can investigate.

To arrange a return within 5 days of delivery, please contact customer services.

Return cost is customer responsibility.  We do not charge a restocking fee.

Any returns must be unopened/unused.

Please allow 7 days for refund to be arranged after receiving a returned item.
