How to use BioMin® Toothpaste
- After brushing the teeth for two minutes, swirl the foamy toothpaste around your mouth for 30 seconds and spit out the excess.
- Don't rinse after brushing as this washes away the active ingredients in the toothpaste before they have had a chance to work.
